To maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment, we ask all participants to adhere to the following detailed guidelines. By using the Vendigo Community Hub, you agree to these rules. 1. Respect Privacy and Personal Information • Never post personal or sensitive information about yourself or others without explicit consent. This includes but is not limited to addresses, phone numbers, and financial details. • Avoid screenshots or recordings of private messages or conversations without the permission of all parties involved. 4. Follow Legal and Ethical Standards • Do not post, share, or promote content that violates any laws or regulations, including intellectual property laws. • Prohibited content includes: o Pirated software or media o Counterfeit goods o Fraudulent or deceptive schemes o Threatening or violent content • Any attempt to use the platform for illegal transactions or activities will result in immediate removal and reporting to the authorities. 5. Vendor-Specific Guidelines • Vendors must adhere to the Vendor Code of Conduct, which includes maintaining transparency, fulfilling orders accurately and on time, and addressing customer complaints promptly. • Promotional content must comply with Vendigo’s advertising policies. Unauthorized advertisements may be removed. • Vendors must respect their customers and maintain professional communication at all times. 10. Respect Moderators and Administrators • Follow the instructions and decisions of moderators and administrators without argument. • Moderators reserve the right to remove content, issue warnings, or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. • Do not impersonate moderators, administrators, or Vendigo staff. 11. Security and Account Integrity • Keep your account information secure. Do not share your password or account access with others. • Report any suspicious activity, such as phishing attempts or fraudulent messages, to Vendigo support immediately. • Accounts used to engage in malicious activities, such as hacking attempts or spreading malware, will be permanently banned. 12. Guidelines for Community Events and Live Sessions • Follow the same respectful behavior during live events and discussions. • Avoid disruptive behavior, such as interrupting speakers or posting irrelevant comments in live chats. • Only share content related to the topic of the event. 13. User Notification: Users will be informed when their content is flagged or removed and provided a reason for the action. They may appeal the decision through a formal process outlined in the Help section. Reinstatement: If a user’s appeal is successful, the content may be reinstated with an explanation. Escalation Process: Repeat or egregious offenders will be escalated to senior moderators or administrators for further action. Proactive Monitoring: Vendigo employs AI tools to detect trends in problematic content, ensuring a safer environment for all members.

 

 

 

 

VENDIGO USA, CORP. is under no obligation to monitor users’ activities, and we disclaim any responsibility for any user’s misuse of the Services. VENDIGO USA, CORP. has no responsibility for any user or other Content or Contribution created, maintained, stored, transmitted, or accessible on or through the Services, and is not obligated to monitor or exercise any editorial control over such material. If VENDIGO USA, CORP. becomes aware that any such Content or Contribution violates this Policy, VENDIGO USA, CORP. may, in addition to removing such Content or Contribution and blocking your account, report such breach to the police or appropriate regulatory authority.
