RETURN POLICY
Last updated December 01, 2024
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at support@vendigoshops.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:
Vendigo USA, Corp.
Attn: Returns
RMA #
8180 NW 36 Street, Suite 420
Doral, FL 33166
United States
You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Health and Hygiene Products – Examples: Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and makeup. Personal hygiene items (e.g., toothbrushes, razors, undergarments, swimwear). Opened medical supplies (e.g., masks, thermometers, syringes). Reason: Health and safety risks prevent resale.
● Perishable Goods – Examples: Food items, beverages, and meal kits. Fresh flowers or plants. Live animals or insects. Reason: Limited shelf life and perishability make resale or redistribution impractical.
● Digital Goods – Examples: Downloaded e-books, software, music, or video files. Activated subscription codes or licenses. Reason: Once accessed, digital goods cannot be “returned.”
● Custom or Personalized Items – Examples: Custom-printed apparel or accessories. Engraved jewelry. Personalized gifts or stationery. Reason: Customization renders the item unique and unsuitable for resale.
● Intimate or Used Apparel – Examples: Lingerie, socks, or hosiery. Opened or used sleepwear. Reason: Hygiene concerns and industry standards.
● Hazardous Materials – Examples: Flammable liquids, compressed gases, or explosives. Hazardous chemicals or pesticides. Reason: Safety and legal restrictions prevent resale or shipping.
● Clearance or Final Sale Items – Examples: Items explicitly marked as “non-returnable” during the purchase. Reason: Vendors may not accept returns on discounted or clearance items.
● Opened Media – Examples: Opened CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, or video games. Unsealed audiobooks or movies. Reason: Digital rights and copyright concerns.
● Installed or Assembled Items – Examples: Furniture that has been assembled. Used appliances or tools. Reason: Use, assembly, or installation makes the item non-resalable.
● Gift Cards and Prepaid Cards – Examples: Gift cards for retail stores or online platforms. Prepaid phone or subscription cards. Reason: Once activated, they cannot be invalidated or reused.
● Consumable Products – Examples: Opened dietary supplements or vitamins. Used or partially consumed cleaning supplies. Reason: Safety concerns and tampering risks.
● Live Events and Tickets – Examples: Event tickets, travel bookings, or reservations. Reason: Time-sensitive nature makes returns impossible.
● Special Orders – Examples: Bulk or wholesale purchases. Items made specifically on order. Reason: Vendors may not accept returns for these unique items.
● Items Damaged by the Customer – Examples: Items returned with physical damage, missing parts, or without original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or improper use. Reason: Damaged items cannot be resold or refurbished.
● Non-Returnable Items by Law – Examples: Firearms, ammunition, and explosives. Prescription medications or medical devices. Reason: Legal restrictions prevent returns.
● Luxury and High-Value Items – Examples: High-end watches, jewelry, or handbags. Limited edition or collector’s items. Reason: High-value items are often subject to stricter return rules to prevent fraud or wear-and-return abuse.
● Subscription-Based Products – Examples: Subscription boxes (e.g., beauty, food, wellness). Prepaid subscriptions for streaming services or software. Reason: Once the subscription starts, it cannot be “returned.”
● Items Purchased During Special Events – Examples: Products bought during flash sales, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday. Reason: Sales during special events often come with limited or no return policies.
● Auction or Bidding Items – Examples: Items sold through auctions or bidding mechanisms on Vendigo. Reason: Auctioned items are generally sold “as-is” with no return guarantees.
● Opened or Used Toys and Baby Products – Examples: Toys or games with opened packaging. Used baby bottles, pacifiers, or car seats. Reason: Hygiene and safety concerns, especially for items used by children.
● Services and Digital Subscriptions – Examples: Booked professional services (e.g., consultations, cleaning). Access to online courses or learning modules. Reason: Services are non-tangible and cannot be returned once rendered.
● Handmade or Artisan Items – Examples: Pottery, paintings, or other unique handmade goods. Reason: These items often have slight variations, making them unsuitable for resale.
● Seasonal or Holiday Items – Examples: Holiday decorations, costumes, or seasonal clothing. Reason: Seasonal items may lose their value after the holiday or season ends.
● Bulk or Wholesale Purchases – Examples: Large quantities of the same item sold at a discount. Reason: Bulk purchases are typically final sale due to inventory constraints.
● Specialty Electronics and Software Examples: Customized PCs or laptops. Software tied to a specific device or user account. Reason: Customization and licensing restrictions.
● Items With Expired Return Windows – Examples: Items returned after the stipulated return period (e.g., 30 or 60 days). Reason: Vendors and inventory systems cannot always accommodate late returns.
● Opened or Used Sports and Outdoor Equipment – Examples: Used bicycles, kayaks, or camping gear. Sportswear that shows signs of use. Reason: Wear and tear may render the item non-resalable.
● Items Without Original Packaging or Accessories – Examples: Electronics returned without chargers or manuals. Items missing tags or seals. Reason: Lack of original components makes resale impossible.
● Free Promotional Items – Examples: Free gifts included with a purchase. Reason: Promotional items are typically not eligible for return or exchange.
● Specialty Health and Wellness Items – Examples: Supplements sold as part of wellness kits. Opened aromatherapy oils or dietary aids. Reason: Safety concerns and tampering risks.
● International Purchases – Examples: Items shipped to or from international locations. Reason: High shipping costs and customs restrictions may make returns impractical.
● Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) Content – Examples: Downloaded VR experiences or AR tools. Reason: Digital ownership begins upon download or activation.
● Experimental or Prototype Products – Examples: Beta versions of new technologies. Reason: Sold “as-is” with the understanding that they are non-returnable.
